Marblehead, MA — Sphere today announced that Eric Parisi has joined the company as Vice President of the Eastern U.S., where he will lead partnerships with retirement plan advisors, recordkeepers, and institutional platforms across the region.

Parisi brings over 15 years of experience in the defined contribution and retirement industry, with a career spanning some of the most established firms in asset management and 401(k) distribution. He began his career as a 401(k) and pension specialist at Fidelity and has spent his career helping financial advisors and plan sponsors navigate investment selection, fiduciary responsibilities, and participant outcomes.

Most recently, Parisi held senior roles at Amundi US and its predecessor, Pioneer Investments, where he worked with providers and advisors to deliver investment solutions within retirement plans. Over the course of his career, he has worked closely with record-keeping providers, consultants, and intermediaries to bring a wide range of investment strategies to retirement savers.

Parisi holds both the Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) and Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) designations, reflecting his deep expertise in portfolio construction and fiduciary best practices in retirement plans.
